Teacup Blackberry Banana Spinach Smoothie Bowl!


Don't let the little teacup make you think this smoothie bowl isn't filling! It is so delicious and packed with tons of protein, fruit, vegetables, and fiber! It is one of my go to breakfast smoothie bowls and keeps me full throughout the morning. I think it is the perfect size and has so much flavor! You can add any toppings you like.


Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup frozen blackberries

-1 frozen banana

-1/4 cup fresh spinach

-1/4 cup frozen chopped avocado

-1/3 cup fat free vanilla greek yogurt

-1 teaspoon ground flax seeds

-1/2 teaspoon honey

-3/4 cup oat milk

-Top with fresh blackberries, banana, coconut, pecans, peanut butter, and mini chocolate chips


Next Step:

-In a blender add the blackberries, banana, spinach, avocado, yogurt, ground flax, honey, and milk.

-Blend until thick, smooth, and creamy. You may need more/less of the oat milk to get your desired consistency.

-Pour into a teacup and garnish with the toppings you like.
