I love this Tahini Oat Bake for anytime of the day.. breakfast, brunch, snack, or dessert! It is that good! It is healthy, delicious, and will keep you full throughout your morning. Tahini is full of healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, is rich in antioxidants, and most surprisingly contains anti-inflammatory compounds. This oat bake will also provide you with fiber, protein, potassium, and vitamin C. It is the perfect way to start your day!
