Strawberry-Avocado Coconut Smoothie Bowl!



This healthy and delicious smoothie bowl is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a nutritious midday snack. It is packed with fiber, protein, antioxidants, vitamin c, anti-inflammatory properties, and nutrients. It is the perfect way to start your day!


Prep time: 5 minutes

-1 overflowing cup of frozen strawberries

-3/4-1 cup coconut milk

-1/4 cup frozen chopped avocado

-1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds

-1/4 cup non-fat vanilla greek yogurt

Toppings:

-Homemade Pecan Almond Coconut Granola- or granola of your choice.

Next Step:

-In your blender combine the frozen strawberries, coconut milk (start with 3/4 cup and add more if needed), frozen avocado, flaxseeds, and greek yogurt.

-Blend on high until you have a creamy/thick smoothie.

-Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings!
