Strawberries and Cream with a Graham Cracker Crust!


Springtime is in the air so wanted to share this light and easy to make dessert!! Strawberries and Cream with a Graham Cracker Crust is delicious and will have your guests going back for seconds! I love to serve this dessert to family and friends on holidays and it pairs great with a cup of coffee/tea.


Graham Cracker Crust:

-1 cup of graham cracker crumbs (1 package)

-1/4 cup salted butter (melted)

-2 tablespoons sugar

Whipped Cream:

-2 cups of heavy whipping cream

-1/4 cup granulated sugar

-1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


-Strawberries

-Mini dark chocolate chips


Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350 F and take out your mini springform pans.

-Blend the graham crackers on high to turn it into crumbs.

-Pour into a bowl and add the sugar and melted butter. Stir until fully combined.

-Add 4-5 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture to the bottom of each pan. Press down with your hands to flatten and even out.

-Bake for 9 minutes.

-Take out and let cool completely.

-Once cooled start on your whipped cream.

-Add the heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and granulated sugar to a large bowl.

-Using a hand mixer blend on high until the whipped cream comes together.

-Fill the springform pans almost to the top with whipped cream and then even out with a spatula.

-Add as many sliced strawberries on top. Followed by a sprinkle of mini dark chocolate chips.

-Remove from the springform pans.

-Serve and ENJOY!!!

*Store in the refrigerator when not eating.
