These spicy sesame carrot noodles are so delicious! They are perfect to serve as a side dish for any dinner or BBQ get together! I love the spice and crunch combo and could eat this everyday! It is gluten free, healthy, and packed with vitamins, fiber, calcium, and nutrients. As a bonus it only takes 5 minutes to make!!!
Ingredients:
-2 large carrots
-1 tablespoon soy sauce
-1 tablespoon sriracha
-1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
-1 tablespoon sesame seeds (I like to toast mine, but is delicious either way)
-1/2 teaspoon honey
-Juice from 1/2 a small lime
-scallions (chopped)
Next Step:
-Wash and peel the carrots. Place in a bowl and set aside.
-In a cup with a lid, add in the soy sauce sriracha, sesame oil, sesame seeds, honey, and lime juice. Place the lid on top and shake until fully combined.
-Pour the sauce all over your carrot noodles and sprinkle with chopped scallions on top.
-Serve and enjoy!!
