Single Serve Brownie!


This single serve brownie is the perfect sweet treat! For the days that you don't want to make an entire tray of brownies but are craving one, definitely give this amazing brownie recipe a try! I love having it right out of the oven with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! YUM!


Ingredients:

-2 tablespoons salted butter (melted)

-1/4 cup granulated sugar

-1 egg

-1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

-2 tablespoons & 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

-2 tablespoons & 2 teaspoons all purpose flour

-1/4 teaspoon baking powder

-pinch of salt

-1 overflowing tablespoon of dark chocolate chips

-1 6oz ramekin

Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350 F and take out a 6oz ramekin.

-In a small bowl melt the butter.

-Pour the melted butter and sugar in a bowl and mix with a spoon until combined.

-Add in the egg and vanilla and stir.

-Add in the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix with a spoon.

-Stir in the dark chocolate chips.

-Pour the brownie batter into the ramekin. (Fill to the top)

-Bake for 28-30 minutes.

-Let cool for 10 minutes.

-Serve with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream!
