Shredded Buffalo Chicken Fajitas! (Slow Cooker)

I love these delicious buffalo chicken fajitas!! It doesn't get better than adding just 4 ingredients into the slow cooker and 3 hours later you have the most tender and mouthwatering buffalo chicken! You can serve this over rice, on bread, or my favorite is on flour tortillas! Just add sautéed peppers and onions, avocado, and cheese to make these yummy fajitas.

Ingredients:

-1 cup Franks Hot Sauce

-5 tablespoons salted butter

-salt and pepper

-1 1/2 lbs chicken breast

-1 green pepper

-1 red pepper

-1 yellow pepper

-1 large jalapeño

-1/2 onion

-Avocado

-Shredded Mexican cheese

-Flour tortillas

Next Step:

-Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

-Pour the Franks hot sauce on top.

-Slice up the butter into 5 tabs and lay them on top of the chicken.

-Cover and heat on high for 3 hours.

-Around 10 minutes before the chicken is done, sauté the peppers and onions on the stovetop or grill. Add a drizzle of olive oil to your pan and salt and pepper the vegetables.

-Using 2 forks, shred the chicken. It is so tender and will easily come apart!

-Heat up the flour tortillas and then start filling your fajitas!

-Add a layer of shredded Buffalo chicken, sautéed peppers and onions, sliced avocado, and a light sprinkle of Mexican cheese.

-ENJOY!!
