S'mores Protein Bites!
These no bake s'mores protein bites are a family favorite! They are perfect to grab on the go or for a quick treat! They are filled with oats, peanut butter, and marshmallows in the middle! They are delicious and great for a quick energy bite!
-4 Sheets of graham crackers
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup & 1 tbsp peanut butter
-1/2 cup powdered sugar
-1/4 cup salted butter
-1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
-1/4 cup dark chocolate chips to melt for garnish
-Blend the graham crackers until you have a fine consistency. Once blended pour it into a large mixing bowl.
-Add the powdered sugar and mix with a spoon. Set aside.
-In a microwave safe glass bowl, add the butter and peanut butter.
-Microwave in 25 second increments until the butter is melted and the peanut butter is softened.
-Take out and whisk until smooth and combined.
-Pour the butter/peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker/sugar mixture.
-Mix with a spoon until combined.
-Next, add in the mini dark chocolate chips and stir.
-Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
-Form your protein balls and add 3 mini marshmallows to the center. Place them on the parchment lined baking sheet.
-Melt the remaining dark chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the protein balls.
-Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
