Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars!!

This is by far one of my favorite cookie recipes! Especially if you love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter as much as I do!! These cookies are so flavorful, soft in the center, and deliciously crisp on the outside. The peanut butter drizzle and dark chocolate Reeses peanut butter cups on top is the BEST!!

Ingredients:

-1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

-1/2 teaspoon baking soda

-1/4 teaspoon baking powder

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1 egg

-1 teaspoon vanilla

-1/2 cup dark brown sugar

-1/2 cup granulated sugar

-1/2 cup salted butter (softened)

-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

-1/4 cup peanut butter

-10 Chopped Mini Dark Chocolate Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350 F and line and 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

-In a large bowl using a hand or stand mixer, combine the butter and sugars.

-Then add in the egg and vanilla. Continue to mix.

-In a small bowl add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix with a spoon to combine.

-Slowly add the flour mixture to your wet ingredients and mix with your mixer.

-Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spoon.

-Add your cookie dough to the baking dish. Set aside.

-Using a microwave safe glass bowl, melt the peanut butter. (30 seconds and then stir)

-Drizzle the melted peanut butter all over the cookie batter.

-Sprinkle the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups all over the cookie batter.

-Bake for 21-25 minutes. (I will take them out when the middle is set and the edges have a nice golden color.)

-Take out and let cool for 15 minutes.

-Slice and serve.

-ENJOY!!!
