Raspberry Pineapple Smoothie Bowl!

As you probably know by now, I love a good smoothie bowl! This one is so easy to put together and is so delicious! You can add any toppings you like and is great to have for breakfast, lunch, or a snack.

Prep time: 5 minutes


-1/2 cup frozen raspberries

-1/2 cup frozen pineapple

-1 banana (ripe)

-1 teaspoon hemp seeds

-1/3 cup vanilla greek yogurt

-1/4 avocado

-1/4 cup and 1 tbsp of oat milk (this can vary on how you like the consistency of your smoothie bowl.

-Toppings: bananas, raspberries, honey sesame almonds, coconut.

Next Step:

-Add to your blender the raspberries, pineapple, banana, hemp seeds, yogurt, avocado, and oat milk and mix to your desired texture.

-Add your toppings and ENJOY!!!
