Raspberry Peach Oat Bake!


Good morning! I can't let go of summer yet, so had to make an oat bake with fresh peaches and raspberries! This oat bake is a great way to start your morning! It is packed with nutrients, antioxidants, potassium, fiber, and protein. Have a great day!


Ingredients:

-1/2 cup quick rolled oats

-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

-1/2 tsp baking powder

-1 egg

-1/8 tsp vanilla extract

-1 tbsp butter (melted)

-2 tsp pure maple syrup

-1 tbsp dark brown sugar (packed)

-1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds

-3 tablespoons oat milk (you can substitute any milk)

-Peach (sliced)

-Raspberries


Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350 and take out a 6oz ramekin.

-In a large bowl combine the oats, vanilla, butter, maple syrup, and oat milk. Stir to combine.

-Then add in the egg and stir.

-Next, add in the cinnamon, baking powder, and brown sugar. Stir to combine.

-Pour half of the oat mixture into the ramekin.

-Layer on 4 peach slices and 4 raspberries.

-Pour the oat mixture on top of the fruit.

-Add 3 more peach slices and a couple of raspberries to the top of the oat bake.

-Bake for 25 minutes.
