Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Oat Bake!
Good morning! This healthy oat bake is the perfect way to start your day off right. It is so delicious and packed with protein, fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, nutrients, antioxidants, magnesium, and calcium. It will keep you full and satisfied throughout your morning. Have a great day!
-1/4 cup canned organic pumpkin (not pumpkin pie)
-1/4 cup oat milk
-1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
-1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 cup quick rolled oats
-1 teaspoon brown sugar
-a pinch of ground cinnamon
-a pinch of pumpkin pie spice
-1 tablespoon of mini dark chocolate chips
-Preheat oven to 350 F and take out a 6 oz ramekin.
-In a large bowl add the pumpkin, oat milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk to combine.
-Then add in the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and the chocolate chips. -Stir to combine.
-Pour the mixture into the ramekin. (There may be a little left over)
-Bake for 25 minutes.
-Serve warm and ENJOY!!!
