Pull Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread!


Everything about this pull apart cheesy garlic bread is amazing! Your guests and family will love this! It smells so good while cooking, is easy to make, fun to eat, and tastes incredible! You can serve this as an appetizer or with a big Italian feast!


Ingredients:

-1 Crusty Sourdough Loaf

-1 cup mozzarella (shredded)

-4 cloves of garlic

-7 tbsp salted butter (melted)

-1 tbsp parsley (chopped)

-1/4 tsp ground pepper

-1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350F

-Slice your loaf horizontally and then slice vertically. Be sure not to cut all the way through.

-Melt the butter in the microwave.

-Add the chopped garlic, parsley, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the melted butter. Stir to combine.

-Using a teaspoon drizzle the melted butter in the cracks of the bread.

-Then add the mozzarella in all of the cracks.

-Cover your loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.

-Remove the aluminum foil and bake uncovered for 10 minutes so the crust can get crispy.

-Take out and serve immediately!
