If you love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate as much as I do you, then you will love these cookies! They are SO delicious and I love the texture the oats give this cookie. They are crisp on the outside and chewy in the center. This is by far one of my favorite cookies! Have a great day! xo

Ingredients:

-1 cup of quick rolled oats

-3/4 cup of oat flour

-1/2 teaspoon baking soda

-1/2 teaspoon baking powder

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

-1/2 cup salted butter (softened)

-1/4 cup brown sugar

-1/2 cup granulated sugar

-1 egg

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1/2 cup peanut butter chips

-1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks

Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

-In a small bowl add the oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine. Set aside.

-In a large mixing bowl add the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

-Using a hand or stand mixture, mix until combined.

-Add in the egg and vanilla and continue to mix.

-Then add in the peanut butter and mix.

-Pour in the oat mixture and mix until just combined.

-Stir in the peanut butter chips and dark chocolate chunks.

-Add a heaping tablespoon onto the baking dish and repeat until your baking dish is full. Be sure to leave enough room for the cookies to expand.

-Bake for 11-14 minutes or until the edges are a light golden brown.

-Take out and let cool for 10 minutes.

-Serve and ENJOY!!
