Peanut Butter Oat Breakfast Cups!


Calling all peanut butter lovers!! These 4 ingredient breakfast cups are perfect with your morning cup of coffee! They are healthy and packed with protein, fiber, nutrients, antioxidants, and more! As a bonus they only take 15 minutes to make!


Ingredients:

-1 cup quick rolled oats

-1/2 cup peanut butter

-2 tablespoons honey

-2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips

Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350F and lightly butter a muffin pan. (This recipe will yield 5 breakfast cups, if you want more you can double the recipe)

-Add the peanut butter and honey into a glass bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until combined.

-Pour in the oats and mix.

-Then add in the chocolate chips and mix.

-Add 1/4 cup of the oat/peanut butter mixture to the muffin pan.

-Bake for 12 minutes.

-Take out and let rest for 10 minutes.

-Serve warm and ENJOY!
