Peanut Butter Banana Kale Smoothie!


Good morning! This is my go to breakfast smoothie! It is easy to make, so delicious, and healthy! It is packed with nutrients, antioxidants, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, minerals, protein, iron, calcium and more! It will keep you satisfied and full throughout your morning. Have a great day!


Ingredients:

-1 large ripe banana (frozen)

-1 large kale leaf (stem removed)

-2 tablespoons peanut butter powder

-6 ice cubes

-2 tablespoons water (use more if needed)

Toppings (optional)

-Pecan Almond Granola

-Peanut Butter

-Bananas


Next Step:

-Add the frozen banana, kale, peanut butter powder, ice cubes, and water to your blender.

-Blend on high until your smoothie is thick and smooth.

-Pour into your favorite glass.

-Add your toppings! I love to use granola, fresh sliced bananas, and a dollop of peanut butter.
