Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Oat Cups!


Good morning! Start your day off with these amazing Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Oat Cups! They will keep you satisfied and full throughout your morning and are perfect with a big cup of coffee or tea! These breakfast cups are packed with protein, fiber, nutrients, and antioxidants!


Ingredients:

-1 ripe banana

-1 cup of quick rolled oats

-1/4 cup and 1 tablespoons Peanut Butter

-1 egg

-1 tablespoon of honey

-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

~I used Trader Joe's Crunchy Salty Peanut Butter w/ground flax & Chia Seeds ~

Next Step:

-Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a 6 pan muffin tin with liners.

-In a large bowl mash the banana with a fork.

-Then stir in the egg and whisk to combine.

-Next, stir in the peanut butter and honey until combined.

-Pour in the oats and stir.

-Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips.

-Add 1/4 cup of batter into each muffin space.

-Bake for 15 minutes.

-Take out and let cool for 5 minutes.

-Serve and enjoy warm!!
