Peanut Butter and Jelly Breakfast Oat Bake!

Good morning! This healthy and delicious oat bake will keep you satisfied and full throughout your morning. It is so delicious and only takes 5 minutes to put together! It is packed with protein, fiber, nutrients, antioxidants, and potassium. Have a great day!


Ingredients:

-1/2 cup quick rolled oats

-1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

-1 tablespoon applesauce

-1 egg

-1/4 teaspoon baking powder

-2 teaspoons dark brown sugar

-3 tablespoons oat milk

-2 teaspoons peanut butter

-2 teaspoons jelly

-Extra peanut butter and jelly to drizzle on top


Next Step:

-Preheat the oven to 350 F and take out a 6oz ramekin.

-In a small bowl combine the oats, oat milk, maple syrup, applesauce, egg, baking powder, and brown sugar. Stir to combine and set aside.

-Add 2 teaspoons of peanut butter and 2 teaspoons of jelly to a bowl and microwave for 25 seconds. Stir to combine.

-Add 2 tablespoons of the oat mixture to the bottom of the ramekin.

-Add 1/2 of the peanut butter and jelly mixture on top of the oat mixture.

-Then add 2 tablespoons of the oat mixture on top.

-Then add the remaining peanut butter and jelly mixture on top.

-Add the rest of the oat mixture filling it to the top.

-Bake for 27 minutes.

-If desired, drizzle extra peanut butter and jelly on top.

-Serve and ENJOY!!!
