This single serve peach crisp is the perfect summer dessert! It is so delicious and bursting with peaches! I love serving these at family BBQ's, birthday parties, and holidays. Everyone gets their own peach crisp. Make sure not to forget the ice cream!!
-1 Large Ripe Peach (you may need 2 peaches depending on size)
-1 1/2 tablespoon flour
-1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
-1 tablespoon quick rolled oats
-1 1/2 tablespoon salted butter (melted)
-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
-6 oz ramekin
-Preheat oven to 350 F and set aside a 6 oz ramekin.
-Slice your peach and place on the bottom of the ramekin.
-In a small microwave safe bowl melt the butter.
-Add the flour, sugar, oats, and cinnamon to the melted butter and mix with your hand until a nice crumble forms. This could take 1- 2 minutes.
-Sprinkle the crumble on top of the peaches.
-Bake for 25 minutes or until the crumble turns a nice golden brown.
-Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
