Oreo Ice Cream (No churn!!)

Is there anything better than homemade ice cream!?! This simple and easy recipe makes the BEST ice cream! It is so creamy, flavorful, and delicious!

I have been making ice cream with my kids for years and it is one of their favorite cooking activities. It is a great project to do together!


Ingredients:

-1 pint heavy cream

-14oz sweetened condensed milk

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-11 Oreos (chopped)


Next Step:

-To your freezer add a 9x5 metal loaf pan and a metal mixing bowl.

-Let the mixing bowl freeze for 15 minutes.

-Take out the mixing bowl and pour in the heavy cream and the vanilla extract.

-With a hand mixer, mix for 3-5 minutes on high until a whipped cream forms.

-Pour in the condensed milk.

-*Gently* fold the condensed milk into the whipped cream. Don't over mix.

-Then gently fold in the chopped Oreos.

-Take the loaf pan out of the freezer and immediately pour the ice cream mixture in.

-Cover with aluminum foil or lid and freeze overnight.

-Scoop out and ENJOY!!!
