Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies!

These Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are amazing! These cookies did not last long in my house! I love them right out of the oven because I can't resist a warm, chocolatey, gooey cookie!

Ingredients:

-1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

-1/4 teaspoon baking powder

-1/2 teaspoon baking soda

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1/2 cup salted butter (softened)

-1/2 cup light brown sugar

-1/2 cup granulated sugar

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1 egg

-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

-Nutella

Next Step:

-Scoop out 12 teaspoons (individual) of Nutella and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.

-Freeze for 30 minutes.

-Preheat your oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

-In a small bowl add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir and set aside.

-In another bowl add the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Using a hand or stand mixer, mix until combined.

-Then add in the egg and vanilla and mix.

-Slowly pour in the flour mixture and mix until combined.

-Stir in the chocolate chips.

-Take the Nutella out of the freezer.

-To form your cookies take a scoop of cookie dough (about a tablespoon and a half), and then add 1 teaspoon of frozen Nutella, and then another (smaller) scoop of cookie dough on top.

-Repeat this step until all of your cookies are formed.

-Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are a nice golden brown color along the edges.

-Lay on a baking sheet and let cool for 5-10 minutes.

-Serve and ENJOY warm!
