No Bake: Nutella Protein Bites!


These no bake Nutella Protein Bites are the perfect healthy treat! They are loaded with protein, oats, chocolate Krispies, and flaxseed. They are easy and quick to make and are so delicious!


Ingredients:

-1/2 & 1/4 cup chocolate Krispies (divided)

-1/2 cup quick rolled oats

-3 tablespoons chocolate protein powder

-1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

-1/4 cup & 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup (divided)

-1/2 cup Nutella

-1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

-3/4 cup dark chocolate chips.

-Rainbow sprinkles & chocolate sprinkles

Next Step:

-Add 1/2 cup Krispies, the rolled oats, protein powder, and flaxseed to a large bowl. Whisk to combine.

-In a small bowl add 1/4 cup of maple syrup, vanilla extract, and the Nutella. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and then stir to fully combine.

-Pour the Nutella mixture over the oat mixture and mix with a large spoon until fully combined. Set aside.

-In a small bowl add 1/4 cup of chocolate Krispies and 1/2 tbsp of syrup and mix. Set aside.

-Add the dark chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and heat up until the chocolate is melted. Be sure to stir every 25 seconds so the chocolate doesn't burn.

-Lightly butter a mini muffin pan.

-Add 1/2 tbsp of the Krispie/syrup mixture to the bottom of the muffin pan.

-Then add a heaping tbsp of the Nutella mixture on top and push down.

-Then add a teaspoon of melted dark chocolate on top.

-Garnish with rainbow or chocolate sprinkles.

-Repeat this step for each protein bite.

-Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

-Serve and ENJOY!!!
