No Bake Hazelnut & Almond Oat Energy Bites!


These no bake hazelnut and almond oat energy bites are amazing! My family loves healthy snacks they can grab on the go. I recently stumbled on Justin's chocolate hazelnut and almond butter and had to try it! I am so happy I did, it was the perfect addition to add to these energy bites. Combined with peanut butter, it has the most delicious flavor. This snack is packed with tons of nutrients, vitamins, healthy fats, fiber, and protein. It is hard to eat just one!


Prep: 10 minutes Rest time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup peanut butter

-1/4 cup Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut & Almond Butter

-1 1/2 cup quick rolled oats (can substitute GF oats)

-3/4 cup Rice Krispies (can substitute GF Krispies)

-3 tablespoons salted butter

-1/4 cup maple syrup

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1/2 mini dark chocolate chips


Next Step:

-In a small pan on the stove on low heat melt the butter.

-Then add in the syrup, vanilla, peanut butter and the hazelnut almond butter.

-Stir until melted and combined. Then take off the heat.

-In a large bowl stir together the oats and krispies.

-Pour the wet ingredients over the oat mixture and stir to combine.

-Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

-Take out and pour in the chocolate chips. Stir to combine.

-Roll into 1 1/2 inch size balls.

-Put back in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

-Serve and ENJOY!!
