I love to start my week off with a big healthy salad packed with fresh vegetables and protein. A delicious salad dressing on top is the key to bringing all of your ingredients together! That is why I had to share with you my favorite salad dressing!! This healthy dressing is perfect for any salad or as a dipping sauce for fresh vegetables. I hope you love it as much as I do! xo
Ingredients:
Dressing:
-3 tablespoons Black Peppercorn Olive Oil~Click for my favorite!!~
-1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
-1 1/2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
-1/2 tablespoon honey
-1/2 tablespoon tahini
-2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
-1/2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
-1 clove of garlic
-Pinch of salt
Next Step:
-All you need for this recipe is a blender!
-To your blender add in the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, honey, tahini, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
-Blend on high for 1 minute.
-Pour over your favorite salad or serve as a dipping sauce for fresh veggies!
