Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream! (No Churn!)

Is there anything better than homemade ice cream!?! This simple and easy recipe makes the BEST ice cream! It is so creamy, flavorful, and delicious! Perfect to have on a hot summer day!!


-1 pint heavy cream

-14oz sweetened condensed milk

-3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (or 1 teaspoon mint extract)

-3.5 oz dark chocolate bar (chopped)

Next Step:

-To your freezer add a 9x5 metal loaf pan and a metal mixing bowl.

-Let the mixing bowl freeze for 15 minutes.

-Take out and pour in the heavy cream and the peppermint extract.

-With a hand mixer, mix for 3-5 minutes on high until a whipped cream forms.

-Pour in the condensed milk.

-*Gently* fold the condensed milk into the whipped cream. Don't over mix.

-Then gently fold in the chopped dark chocolate.

-Take the loaf pan out of the freezer and immediately pour the ice cream mixture in.

-Cover with aluminum foil and freeze overnight.

-Scoop out and ENJOY!!!
