Mango Teacup Smoothie Bowl!

Good morning! This mango smoothie bowl is so refreshing, delicious, and healthy! I love that it can be ready in 5 minutes. Mango is low in calories and high in nutrients, especially vitamin C. It is also high in antioxidants, helps to boost immunity, and is excellent for your heart and gut health.

Add any toppings you love and enjoy!


-1 cup chopped frozen mango

-1/2 banana

-1/4 cup oat milk

-1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt


-Shredded unsweetened coconut

-Gluten Free Pecan Almond Granola

-Fresh Blueberries

Next Step:

-In your blender add the frozen mango, banana, oat milk, and greek yogurt.

-Blend until you have a thick and creamy smoothie.

-Pour into a teacup.

-Add the toppings of your choice! I love shredded coconut, pecan almond granola, and fresh blueberries on a mango smoothie bowl.
