Healthy Breakfast Bars!

Start your day off right with these Healthy Breakfast Bars! Using only 6 ingredients they are packed with protein, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, potassium, heart healthy fats, magnesium, and more!


-2 Bananas (mashed)

-1 cup of Performance Nut Butter (or any nut butter)

-3 1/2 cups of quick rolled oats

-1/4 cup pure maple syrup

-1 egg

-1 cup dark chocolate chips

Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350 F and line and 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

-In a large bowl mash the bananas.

-Then whisk in the nut butter, maple syrup, and egg.

-Next, stir in the oats.

-Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.

-Add the oat mixture to the 8x8 baking dish and bak for 20 minutes.

-Let rest for 15 minutes.

-Serve warm with a big cup of coffee or tea!! -ENJOY!
