Grilled Chili Lime Shrimp Skewers!


On the busy days when you only have 10 minutes to put dinner on the table, make these amazing chili lime shrimp skewers! They are so delicious and flavorful. I recently served these at a family BBQ and every last shrimp was gone!


Ingredients:

-1 1/2 lbs cleaned and deveined shrimp

-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

-1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

-1 teaspoon chili powder

-1/4 teaspoon paprika

-1 teaspoon garlic powder

-3/4 teaspoon onion powder

-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

-1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

-1 teaspoon salt


Next Step:

-In a small bowl add the lime juice, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. I add cayenne pepper, but this step is optional.

-Mix to combine.

-Add 6-7 shrimp to each skewer and place on a baking sheet.

-Using a basting brush, spread the marinade on both sides of the shrimp skewers.

-Place the skewers directly on the BBQ. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Your shrimp will be done when they are pink and opaque.
