This might be my favorite Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe!! They are melt in your mouth good! I love to pair mine with a big cup of coffee, where my kids will enjoy them any way they can get them! haha. They are bursting with dark chocolate chips and sprinkled with flaky sea salt on top. I hope you enjoy this easy to make and delicious recipe!!

Next Step:

-In a large bowl using a hand mixer, mix together the butter and brown sugar. (Do not melt the butter or it will change the consistency of the cookie.)

-Then add in the vanilla and eggs. Mix to combine.

-In a separate bowl add in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir to combine.

-Pour the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Mix on medium speed until combined.

-Fold in the chocolate chips.

-Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

-Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

-Scoop out the cookie dough batter and place on the baking sheet.

-Depending on how big or small you like your cookies, the cooking time will vary. I like a bigger cookie so I let mine cook for 14-15 minutes. You will know your cookie is done when the edges get a nice light golden brown color. If you are making a smaller cookie it could cook as fast as 9-10 minutes.

-Take out and sprinkle with flaky see salt.

-Transfer to a cooling rack and let rest for 10 minutes.

-Serve and ENJOY!!!
