Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars!

This is the perfect gluten free cookie bar to bring to any party! It is easy to make and is a perfect snack with a large cup of coffee!


Ingredients:

-2 1/4 cups GF flour

-1 teaspoon baking soda

-1 teaspoon salt

-2 sticks of butter (softened)

-1 cup dark brown sugar

-1/4 cup granulated sugar

-2 large eggs (room temperature)

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-2 cups of chocolate chips (You can also add mini Reese's PB cups to this recipe for added flavor and texture!)


Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350 F and line a 9x13 or 10x10 baking pan with parchment paper.

-With a hand or stand mixer, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined and thick. Set aside.

-Continue mixing and add in the vanilla and eggs.

-In a small bowl add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine.

-Once combined add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix.

-Pour the batter into the baking pan and spread out evenly.

-Bake 28-30 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean. The edges should be a light golden brown.

-Allow the cookie to cool before removing.

-Cut into bars and serve.
