Gluten Free Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl!



Start your day of right with this healthy breakfast smoothie bowl! It is filled with fresh bananas, hemp seeds, avocado, oat milk, yogurt, and powdered peanut butter. The protein gives you a boost of energy to keep you full throughout the morning.


Ingredients:

-2 frozen ripe bananas (sliced)

-1/2 cup of oat milk

-1/3 cup of non-fat vanilla greek yogurt

-1/4 of an avocado

-1 teaspoon of hemp seeds

-3 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter. (I love Naked PB-100% premium powdered peanut butter)

-1 or 2 ice cubes

Toppings:

-1/4 cup of Gluten Free Pecan Almond Granola

-fresh banana slices

-peanuts

-mini chocolate chips

-coconut (optional)


Next Step:

-Combine in your blender the bananas, oat milk, yogurt, avocado, hemp seeds, powdered peanut butter, and ice cubes.

-Blend. You may need additional oat milk to make it your desired consistency.

-Pour into a bowl and drizzle peanut butter on top. I also like to add fresh bananas, peanuts, granola, chocolate chips, and sometimes coconut.
