Frozen Mango Pineapple Coconut Rum Smoothie!


I think this may be the perfect cocktail to have while sitting by the pool and relaxing! It always makes me feel like I am on vacation! It is so delicious and refreshing, plus you get two servings of fruit! So that makes this boozy smoothie healthy...right?!?

Prep time: 3 minutes Serves: 1

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup frozen mango

-1/2 cup frozen pineapple

-2oz coconut rum

-Juice from 1/2 lime

-Garnish: strawberries and lime


Next Step:

-Using your blender, add the mongo, pineapple, coconut rum, and lime juice.

-Blend until smooth!

-Serve and ENJOY!
