Espresso Martini!


It's time for a cocktail! If you love coffee as much as I do, then you will fall in love with this espresso martini. The Cafe Patron and fresh brewed espresso together taste amazing, but when you add a small amount of Baileys it becomes incredible! I especially love the foamy top that comes from adding hot espresso to the ice cold patron. So yummy!

If you have dark chocolate covered coffee beans, it works as a great garnish!


Ingredients:

-2 oz Cafe Patron (put in the freezer to get it Very cold)

-2 oz hot freshly brewed espresso

-1 tablespoon of Baileys (I keep my Baileys in the refrigerator so that is also cold)

-1 ice cube


Next Step:

-Combine the Cafe Patron and espresso and shake for 1 minute. (using hot espresso allows you to have the foam layer on top :)

-Add 1 ice cube and shake for an additional minute.

-Pour in the Baileys and stir.

-Pour into a martini glass and ENJOY!!
