Espresso Breakfast Smoothie w/Banana and Cauliflower!


This is my Favorite go to breakfast smoothie! I love it because it is delicious and is packed with fiber, protein, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, vitamin C, and potassium!

Not only is it healthy, it is SO good!!


Ingredients:

-3 ounces espresso (regular or decaf and frozen into ice cube trays)

-1/2 cup oat milk

-1/4 cup chopped/riced cauliflower

-1 teaspoon ground flax seed

-1 large banana (frozen)

-fresh banana to garnish


Next Step:

*The night before I like to make and freeze the espresso. I will also put a cut up banana in the freezer.

*I also like to rice my cauliflower ahead of time. Simply put washed cut up cauliflower into your blender and chop for 25 seconds! You can also buy the packaged chopped cauliflower, but I prefer the taste of fresh cauliflower.

-To make your smoothie add to your blender:

-frozen cubed espresso

-frozen banana

-flax seeds

-cauliflower

-oat milk

-Blend until smooth!

-Pour into a glass of your choice and garnish with fresh bananas.
