Deep Dish Reeses's PB Cup Chocolate Chip Cookie!

This single serve deep dish cookie is AMAZING!! Perfect for the nights when you don't want to make 2 dozen cookies, but you are craving a warm cookie. I love to have this with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. I also love to serve these at small gatherings and holidays where everyone can have their own deep dish warm cookie right out of the oven. ENJOY!!

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup & 1 tablespoon all purpose flour

-1/8 baking soda

-a pinch of salt

-2 1/2 tablespoons of salted butter (room temperature)

-1 tablespoon of dark brown sugar (packed)

-1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

-1 egg

-1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

-2 Reeses's PB Cups (divided)

-2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips

Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 375 F and take out a 6oz ramekin.

-In a small bowl add the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.

-With a hand mixer, mix until combined.

-Then add in the egg and vanilla and mix.

-Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.

-Lastly, add in 1 chopped Reeses's PB Cup and the chocolate chips.

-Stir to combine.

-Add the batter into the ramekin.

-Bake for 25 minutes.

-Take out and let rest for 15 minutes.

-Add an extra Reeses's PB Cup on top and serve! (a scoop of vanilla ice cream goes amazing with this cookie!)
