Dark Chocolate Pistachio Bark!


Dark Chocolate Pistachio Bark is the best sweet to snack on! The combination of dark chocolate and pistachios is my favorite! This healthy sweet treat is rich in antioxidants, fiber, potassium, and protein.


Ingredients:

-1 bag of Dark Chocolate Chips. (I used Ghirardelli, 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips)

-1/2 cup pistachios

-Sea salt


Next Step:

-Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

-On the stovetop lightly toast the pistachios on low/medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Stir so they don't burn. Set aside.

-Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe glass bowl and melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Heat on 30 second increments and stir after each time.

-Add 1/3 of the toasted pistachios to the melted chocolate and stir.

-Pour the chocolate/pistachio mixture on the parchment paper and spread out to create an even layer.

-Sprinkle with sea salt.

-Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

-Cut up the bark.

-Serve and ENJOY!!

*Store in the refrigerator when not eating.
