Dark Chocolate Pecan Coconut Bark!


Dark Chocolate Pecan Coconut Bark is the best sweet to snack on! The combination of pecans, coconut, pretzels, and dark chocolate is my favorite! This no bake delicious treat is always a crowd favorite!

Prep: 10 minutes Rest: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

-1 package of extra dark chocolate chips

-1/4 cup shredded coconut

-1/4 chopped pecans

-1/4 cup loosely chopped pretzels (you can substitute GF pretzels)

-Sprinkle of sea salt

-Small handful of chopped pretzels and pecans to garnish on top

Next Step:

-On the stovetop, lightly toast the coconut and pecans on low heat. Make sure to constantly stir so they don't burn). It should take around 3 minutes. Set aside.

-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

-In a microwave safe bowl add the chocolate chips and microwave in 25 second increments stirring after each time. Once completely melted take out.

-Add the toasted coconut and chopped pecans to the melted chocolate and stir.

-Add the chopped pretzels to the chocolate and stir.

-Pour the chocolate mixture on the parchment lined baking sheet and spread out evenly.

-Sprinkle the remaining pecans and coconut on top and gently push down a few pretzels and pecans on top.

-Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate.

-Put in the freezer for 25 minutes.

-Take out and break into pieces.

-Serve and ENJOY!!

*Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
