Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites!! (No Bake!)

These no bake dark chocolate peanut butter pretzel bites are so delicious!! They are one of my favorite snacks. I love the combination of sweet and salty and these bites satisfy both cravings! They are perfect to grab on the go, the best after dinner treat, and will give you a quick boost of energy and protein. As a bonus they only take 10 minutes to put together!


Ingredients:

-1 cup dark chocolate chips

-1/2 cup peanut butter

-1 teaspoon ground flax seeds

-Pretzels

-Sea salt flakes

-Mini Cupcake Liners (Click here to order the best reusable mini silicone liners!)

Next Step:

-In a microwave safe glass bowl melt the chocolate on 25 second increments making sure to stir after each time so the chocolate does not burn. Repeat until completely melted. Set aside.

-In a microwave safe glass bowl add in the peanut butter and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir.

-Add the ground flax seeds to the melted peanut butter and stir.

-Add the mini cupcake liners to a mini muffin pan.

-Add a heaping teaspoon of melted chocolate to the bottom of each liner.

-Then add a teaspoon of melted peanut butter on top.

-Quickly shimmy the pan to spread out the peanut butter.

-Break up the pretzels and sprinkle on top of the peanut butter.

-Add the remaining melted chocolate to a plastic baggie. Snip the end and drizzle the chocolate on top of the pretzels.

-Lightly sprinkle sea salt on top.

-Refrigerate for 1 hour.

-Remove from the wrappers.

-Serve and ENJOY!!!

*When not eating store in the refrigerator.
