These wings are perfectly seasoned, crispy, and spicy! The best of all is that they are baked and not fried! I love bringing these wings to family BBQ's, lazy days by the pool, and of course for cheering on my favorite football team. They are easy to make and always a big hit!
Ingredients:
-12 wings
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 paprika
-1/4 salt
-1/4 pepper
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Buffalo Sauce:
-1/2 cup Franks Hot Sauce
-3 tablespoons of butter
-1/8 sugar
-a pinch of garlic powder
Next Step:
-Preheat oven 450 F
-Put your wings in a baking dish and completely pat dry with a paper towel.
-Combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder.
-Sprinkle over your wings and mix until coated.
-Set your wings on a cooling rack (on top of a baking sheet- the air flow will help them crisp)
-Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
-Then take out your wings and flip them. Put them back in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
-While your wings are cooking make the buffalo sauce. Completely melt the butter on low heat and then add the hot sauce, sugar, and garlic powder. Mix for 1-2 minutes. Set aside until your wings are done.
-Take your wings out and put into a deep bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the wings and mix.
-ENJOY!!!
