Good morning! This healthy breakfast is a great way to start your day. This oat bake is filled with potassium, protein, fiber, and antioxidants. If you love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter as much as I do, than definitely try this oat bake!!
Prep time: 8 minutes Cook time: 25-30 minutes
Ingredients:
-1 small banana
-1/4 cup oat milk
-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
-1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter (slightly melted)
-1/2 cup quick rolled oats (you can substitute GF oats)
-2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-pinch of salt
-2 tablespoons dark chocolate mini chips
Next Step:
-Preheat oven to 350 F and lightly butter a 6 oz ramekin.
-In a small bowl mash the banana with a fork.
-Add in the oat milk, maple syrup, and peanut butter. Whisk to combine.
-Add in the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and whisk.
-Lastly, add in the oats and chocolate chips. Mix to combine.
-Pour the mixture into the ramekin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
-Serve and ENJOY!!!
