Chocolate Chip Cashew Butter Oat Bake!


Good morning! This healthy breakfast is a great way to start your day. This oat bake is filled with potassium, protein, fiber, and antioxidants. If you love the combination of chocolate and cashew butter as much as I do, than definitely try this oat bake!!


Ingredients:

-1/2 cup quick rolled oats

-1/2 small ripe banana (mashed)

-1 tablespoon cashew butter

-1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

-2 tablespoons vanilla greek yogurt

-2 tablespoons oat milk

-1 egg

-1/2 teaspoon baking powder

-2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips

Drizzle:

-1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

-1 tablespoon cashew butter


Next Step:

-Preheat the oven to 350 F and take out a 6oz ramekin.

-In a small bowl combine the oats, oat milk, maple syrup, and greek yogurt. Stir to combine.

-Add in the mashed banana, cashew butter, egg, and baking power. Stir to combine.

-Add the chocolate chips and stir.

-Bake for 26 minutes.

-While baking melt the dark chocolate chips and stir until melted.

-It another bowl melt the cashew butter and stir.

-Take out your cashew butter oat bake.

-Drizzle the cashew butter on the oat bake. Then drizzle the melted dark chocolate.

-Serve and ENJOY!!!
