Chocolate Cake!! (Single Serve)


This might be the most delicious and easiest recipe EVER!! All you need is a blender to mix the ingredients together and then bake it in your favorite ramekins! I love that it is a single serve portion size so you don't have to make a large cake for just a few people. Enjoy this delicious chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons flour

-2 tablespoons granulated sugar

-3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

-1/2 teaspoon baking soda

-1/2 teaspoon baking powder

-1/4 cup oat milk

-2 tablespoons salted butter (melted)

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1/4 cup boiling water

-1 egg

-Dark chocolate chips

-1 6oz ramekin (Click to check out my favorite ramekins!)

Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350 F and take out 3 6oz ramekins.

-Add the oat milk, vanilla, and butter to your blender. Blend to combine.

-Add in the egg and blend.

-Add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and boiling water.

-Blend on high for 1 minute. The batter will be very thin.

-Divide the batter into 3 ramekins (or half way)

-Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

-Bake for 21-23 minutes. Test with a toothpick to make sure it is done.

-Take out and let cool for 5 minutes.

-Then melt a few tablespoons of dark chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle on top.

-Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and a side of ice cream or berries!
