Cauliflower Pizza Crust!!
Have you tried to make your own cauliflower pizza crust!?! Let me tell you it is absolutely delicious, super easy to make, crispy, gluten free, and healthy! My whole family enjoys this pizza and the kids love to design and add the toppings they like. This recipe will yield one pizza so if you plan to make more double/triple the recipe as needed.
-2 cups chopped cauliflower
-1/4 cup parmesan (grated)
-1/4 cup mozzarella (shredded)
-1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-1/4 teaspoon oregano
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-Jalapeños (or any other pizza topping you love)

-Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a large baking dish with parchment paper.
-Add the cauliflower to your blender and chop until the cauliflower resembles rice.
-Measure out 2 cups of chopped cauliflower.
-Add the cauliflower to the baking dish and spread out to form a thin layer.
-Bake for 22 minutes.
-Take out and let cool for 5 minutes.
-Turn the oven to 450 F and place a pizza stone in the oven to also preheat.
-Then place the cauliflower into a dish towel and squeeze out all of the excess water. (This will take a few minutes.)
-Add the cauliflower, parmesan, mozzarella, pepper, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and egg to a bowl and whisk until fully combined.
-Add the cauliflower dough to a parchment lined tray and spread the dough out as thin as you can get it while shaping it into a circle.
-Place the parchment paper with the cauliflower dough on top of the pizza stone and bake for 10 minutes.
-Then take out of the oven and flip the dough. Bake for 9 minutes.
-Take the dough out and add a layer of marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, a sprinkle of parmesan, and any toppings you would like.
-Bake for 10 minutes.
-Slice, serve, and ENJOY right out of the oven!!!
