-Baby Arugula
-Avocado
-Tomatoes
-Chili oil

Next Step:
-Preheat oven to 375 F

-Add the riced cauliflower to a large baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
-Take out the cauliflower and lay on a dish towel. Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
-Then squeeze out all of the excess water. You will be amazed to see how much water comes out!
-Turn oven to 350 F and line a large baking dish with parchment paper.
-In a medium bowl add in the egg and whisk until combined.
-Add in the cauliflower, parmesan, red pepper flakes, and everything but the bagel seasoning. Stir to combine.
-Add a heaping spoon of the cauliflower mixture onto the baking dish and spread out evenly to form a large circle. (Press down to make sure they are not too thick)
-Bake for 25 minutes or until they turn a nice golden brown color and crisp up.
-Once they are finished baking- if you would like them more crispy you can turn the oven to 450 and place directly on the oven rack for an additional 5 minutes.
-Take out of the oven and add a handful of arugula, sliced avocado, sliced tomatoes, a drizzle of chili oil, and top off with a sprinkle of ground pepper and everything but the bagel seasoning.
-Serve and ENJOY!!!
