This recipe is a fun twist on a traditional brownie! These brownie cookies are perfectly crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. They are SO delicious. Be careful, they won't last long in your house!! xo
Ingredients:
-2 cups dark chocolate chips
-1/2 cup salted butter
-1 cup granulated sugar
-1/4 cup dark brown sugar
-3 eggs
-3/4 cup all purpose flour
-1/4 cup & 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
-Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top
Next Step:
-Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-In a glass bowl microwave the chocolate chips and butter together until melted. Stir every 25 seconds to make sure the chocolate doesn't burn. Set aside.
-In another large bowl add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Using a hand or stand mixer, beat on high for 3 minutes.
-Then add in the melted butter and chocolate. Continue to mix until combined.
-Next, mix in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Mix until combined.
-Fold in the chocolate chips.
-Scoop out 1 1/2 tbsp of the batter and place on the baking sheet.
-Bake for 10 minutes.
-Take out and let cool.
-Once cooled sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top.
-Serve and ENJOY!!
