I love a smoothie bowl that incorporates protein and vegetables! This bowl is so delicious, easy to make, and healthy! It is the perfect breakfast, lunch, or snack.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredientes:
-1 cup of frozen blueberries
-1 frozen banana
-1/4 cup baby spinach
-1/3 cup non-fat vanilla greek yogurt
-1 teaspoon hemp seeds
-1/4 cup oat milk (may need more/less)
Toppings:
-Pecan/Almond Granola (I used GF)
-Coconut
-Fresh Berries
-1/2 Sliced banana
-Honey Sesame Almonds
Next Step:
-Add all of your ingredients into your blender. Blend to a thick and creamy consistency.
-Add your toppings.
