These pancakes are such a great way to start your morning off right! They are flavorful, hearty, and healthy! The bananas and oats will keep you satisfied and full throughout the morning.

Prep time: 5 minutes. Cook time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

-1 banana

-3/4 cup rolled oats (option of GF oats)

-1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons of oat milk

-2 tablespoons of honey

-1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup

-1/4 cup flour (you can substitute GF flour)

-1 teaspoon cinnamon

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1 egg

-1/4 salt

-1 teaspoon baking powder

-1/4 teaspoon baking soda

-3 tablespoons of mini dark chocolate chips

Next Step:

-In a bowl combine your oats and oat milk. Mix and set aside.

-In another small bowl mash up your banana and add the honey, maple syrup, vanilla, egg, and whisk until combined.

-To your bowl of wet ingredients add the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk until combined. Then add your oat and milk mixture.

-Whisk for 1 minute.

-Fold in your dark chocolate chips.

-In a skillet add a little butter and cook your pancakes. I like to cook mine on low heat a few minutes on each side. Check to make sure they are cooked through.

-Add a sprinkle of powdered sugar and serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup.

-ENJOY!!
