I love a good oatmeal bake to start my morning off right! This bake is so delicious and filled with bananas and oats! The hemp seeds give you added protein, and the combination of cinnamon and chocolate chips combined with the banana give it such a great flavor. The oats keep you full throughout your morning. You will definitely be adding this delicious bake to your morning breakfast rotation!
Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 23 minutes
-1/2 ripe banana mashed (save the rest to garnish your oatmeal bake)
-1/4 cup of rolled oats (you can substitute GF oats)
-1/4 cup oat milk
-1/2 teaspoon of hemp seeds
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
-1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
-pinch of sea salt
-1 teaspoon of mini dark chocolate chips
-1 6oz porcelain ramekin
-Preheat oven to 350 F.
-In a small bowl mash the banana and then add the oat milk, egg, and maple syrup.
-In another small bowl add the oats, hemp seeds, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix.
-Add your banana mixture to the oat mixture and mix with a spoon.
-Add 1 teaspoon of mini dark chocolate chips.
-Add your mixture to a lightly greased 6oz oven safe ramekin.
-Bake for 23 minutes.
-Take out and garnish with sliced banana.
