Banana Almond Butter Oat Bake!


Good morning! This healthy oat bake is the perfect way to start your day off right. It is so delicious and packed with protein, fiber, potassium, nutrients, antioxidants, magnesium, and calcium. It will keep you full and satisfied throughout your morning. Have a great day!


Ingredients:

-1/2 ripe banana mashed (save the rest to garnish your oatmeal bake)

-1/4 cup & 2 tablespoons of rolled oats (you can substitute GF oats)

-1/4 cup oat milk

-1 egg

-1/2 teaspoon of hemp seeds

-1/4 teaspoon baking powder

-1 tablespoon light brown sugar

-1 1/2 tablespoon of mini dark chocolate chips

-2 tablespoons of almond butter (divided)

-1 6oz ramekin


Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 350 F.

-In a small bowl mash the banana.

-Then add in the oat milk, egg, rolled oats, help seeds, baking powder, light brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of almond butter. -Whisk to combine.

-Next stir in the chocolate chips.

-Add 1/2 of the batter to the ramekin. Then swirl 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter on top.

-Fill the rest of the ramekin with the batter.

-Swirl the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter on top.

-Bake for 26 minutes.

-Take out and garnish with fresh bananas.

-Serve and ENJOY!!
