Baked Garlic Parmesan Shrimp!


If you want an amazing and flavorful dinner ready in 20 minutes, then definitely give this garlic parmesan shrimp a try! It is bursting with flavor and so easy to make. My kids beg me to make this meal all the time. It is great to serve on top of a salad, with a baked potato, rice, and of course a side of fries!


Prep time: 8 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

-1 1/2 lb shrimp (clean and deveined)

-3 tablespoons olive oil

-1/4 cup salted butter (melted)

-5 cloves of garlic (chopped)

-1/2 cup grated parmesan

-1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (you can use substitute GF panko)

-1/4 teaspoon pepper

-garnish with lemon wedges


Next Step:

-Preheat oven to 425

-In a small bowl combine the olive oil, butter, garlic, pepper, and parmesan. Stir to combine.

-Add the shrimp to a large baking dish. (making sure not to overlap them)

-Pour the olive oil mixture all over the shrimp and mix to combine.

-Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs on top of the shrimp.

-Put in the oven for 12-16 minutes. Time will vary based on the size of the shrimp. You will know they are done when they turn bright pink.

-For the last 2-3 minutes turn your oven to broil (on high), so the breadcrumbs can toast.

-Watch this step carefully, so they don't burn.

-Serve with a side of lemon wedges.
